Damage/Refunds/Cancellations
We want you to LOVE your purchase from Kringle Wreaths, and your complete satisfaction is our priority. Please check your order upon arrival to make sure everything is received in good shape. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a picture of damaged item(s). We can offer a refund, store credit or a reshipment. Exact item might not be available for replacement, so we may offer a substitute. Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase for a full refund. No returns or exchanges.
