Q: "How soon do your orders ship?"
A: Our goal is to ship every order within 1-2 business days upon order receipt. You can receive shipping notifications through your Kringle account.
Q: "Do you take custom requests?"
A: Since we are a small operation, in order to maintain fast, quality creations, we are not taking custom requests. However, we plan to keep this on our radar as this may be something we will offer in the future. We will definitely make it known to our customers when we do!
Q: "Do you offer free shipping?"
A: We do not currently offer free shipping, but we do provide reliable and fast delivery options at deeply discounted rates.
Q: "Are your products made from real trees?"
A: No, we want your purchases to last for years. And no messy pine needles!
Q: "Why are you called Kringle Wreaths and don't have any wreaths on your site?"
A: You noticed! We ran into a supply chain issue being able to secure any inventory for this holiday season. But don't worry, we absolutely will have them back as soon as possible!
Q: "Will you be operating year round?"
A: Yes! We will update our store and inventory every 3 months for Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.
Q: "Do you have a showroom?"
A: No at this time we do not. We are currently a 100% online shop. We do offer will call pick-ups for anyone in the Treasure Valley in Idaho.
